Taylor Mays Autographs
Taylor Mays is a former American football safety who played for several teams in the NFL, such as San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, Detroit Lions, and Seattle Seahawks. Mays was born on February 7, 1988, in Irving, Texas, where he played high school football at O'Dea High School in Seattle, Washington. His excellent performance during his high school career earned him a scholarship to attend the University of Southern California (USC), where he played for the college team Trojan from 2006 to 2009.
Mays's outstanding performance during his college career garnered him attention from several NFL teams, and he was eventually selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft. In his first season with the 49ers, Mays played in all 16 games and recorded 20 tackles. He continued with the 49ers until 2012 and then played for the Cincinnati Bengals from 2011 to 2014. In his NFL career, Mays recorded 114 tackles, one interception, and six passes defensed. Although he struggled to find success as a starter in the NFL, Mays remains a popular player among football fans due to his incredible athleticism and power.
Mays's main strengths as a safety were his physical attributes, including his size, speed, and strength. At 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 230 pounds, he was one of the tallest and heaviest safeties in the NFL during his career, with the ability to run the 40-yard dash in just 4.43 seconds. Overall, his athleticism and physical supremacy made him a valuable player during his time in the NFL.
