Trace Armstrong Autographs

Trace ArmstrongTrace Armstrong is a former American football defensive end who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 15 seasons. He was born on September 5, 1965, in Birmingham, Alabama. Armstrong attended John Carroll Catholic High School before joining the Florida Gators football team at the University of Florida, where he played from 1985 to 1988.
Armstrong’s NFL career started when he was selected by the Chicago Bears in the first round of the 1989 NFL Draft. During his career, he also played for the Miami Dolphins and the Oakland Raiders. Armstrong’s best season was in 2000 when he recorded 16.5 sacks for the Raiders, which earned him a spot on the All-Pro team. He retired from football in 2003 with 106 sacks and was inducted into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007.
Outside of football, Armstrong has been a successful businessman, with a career in finance and investment management. He is also active in philanthropy, serving on the board of directors for multiple charitable organizations, including the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, which he helped establish after being diagnosed with the disease in 1994. Armstrong’s dedication to football and his philanthropic work have made him a revered figure both inside and outside of the sports world.
