Wayne Gallman Autographs
Wayne Gallman is an American football running back born on October 1, 1994, in Loganville, Georgia. Gallman attended Grayson High School in Loganville and began his football career there. In his junior year, he rushed for over 1,000 yards and scored 13 touchdowns, leading his team to a state championship. His success continued as a senior when he rushed for 1,553 yards and 26 touchdowns. Gallman was also named Offensive MVP at the 2013 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
After high school, Gallman attended Clemson University, where he became a starting running back for the Clemson Tigers. In his junior season, he rushed for 1,133 yards and 17 touchdowns, aiding Clemson to a national championship win over the Alabama Crimson Tide. During this outstanding season, Gallman became the first player in Clemson history to lead the team in rushing yards for three seasons consecutively. This achievement earned him second-team All-ACC honors.
After his junior season success, Gallman declared for the NFL draft and was chosen by the New York Giants in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. In his first season with the Giants, he rushed for 476 yards and five touchdowns while adding 34 receptions for 193 yards. Gallman's stats steadily improved over the next few years, but he found himself as a backup running back. However, in 2020, Gallman got his opportunity to shine when the starting running back, Saquon Barkley, suffered an injury. Gallman took over the starting position and rushed for over 600 yards and had six touchdowns on the season. Gallman later signed with the San Francisco 49ers, where he currently plays under a one-year contract.
