Alexander Frolov Autographs
Alexander Frolov is a former professional ice hockey player from Russia, who was born on June 19, 1982. He started playing ice hockey at a young age and joined the Russian Super League team, Avangard Omsk, during the 1999-2000 season. After his very successful performance in the league, Frolov was selected by the Los Angeles Kings in the first round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.
Frolov started his NHL career with the Kings during the 2002-03 season and played with them for eight seasons. During his time with the Kings, Frolov was recognized as a skilled forward who had an innate ability to play both offense and defense. He was also described as a hard-working and dedicated player who never gave up on the puck. Frolov scored his first NHL goal on October 5, 2002, against the Detroit Red Wings, and continued his scoring streak by netting 35 goals and 36 assists during the 2006-07 season.
After eight seasons with the Kings, Alexander Frolov left the NHL and returned to Russia for a brief period to play for clubs like Metallurg Magnitogorsk and Barys Astana. He then went on to explore the international leagues and played for the KHL's HC Lev Praha and Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod. Frolov was also a part of the Russian national team, representing his country in various international tournaments like the Olympic Games and the World Championships. Overall, Frolov's career saw him score 983 points in 951 games he played in various professional leagues over the course of 17 years.
