Anders Lee Autographs
Anders Lee is a professional ice hockey player currently playing for the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League (NHL). Born in Minnesota in 1990, Lee was always interested in playing hockey from a young age. He attended Edina High School, where he played for the hockey team before moving on to play for the Green Bay Gamblers in the United States Hockey League (USHL) for two seasons.
Lee went on to play college hockey for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish from 2009 to 2013. While at Notre Dame, he played in 158 games and scored 61 goals, earning him the team's MVP award in his senior year. He was then signed by the New York Islanders in 2013 and made his NHL debut in 2014, scoring his first NHL goal in his third game.
Since then, Lee has been a key player for the Islanders, serving as the team's captain since 2018. He has been a consistent scorer, with his best season coming in 2018-2019 when he scored a career-high of 28 goals, including his first career hat trick. He has also been recognized for his leadership and work off the ice, winning the NHL's King Clancy Memorial Trophy in 2021 for his leadership, humanitarian efforts, and contributions to his community. Overall, Lee continues to be a top player in the NHL, providing strong leadership and skill to the New York Islanders.
