Andrei Loktionov Autographs
Andrei Loktionov was born on May 30, 1990, in Voskresensk, Russia. He started playing hockey very young and joined the junior team of Lokomotiv Yaroslavl at the age of 14. After a few successful seasons, Loktionov was drafted in the 5th round, 123rd overall by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
Loktionov started his career playing in the AHL for the Manchester Monarchs, where he had an impressive rookie season scoring 21 goals and 38 points in 61 games. In November 2009, he was called up to the NHL, where he played his first game for the Los Angeles Kings. During his three seasons with the Kings, Loktionov played in 59 games and tallied 7 goals and 11 assists.
Loktionov played for several NHL teams including, the New Jersey Devils, the Carolina Hurricanes and the LA Kings, before returning to Russia. He played in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), where he played for several teams including Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, SKA St. Petersburg, and HC Sochi. Loktionov played his last professional game in 2020 when he announced his retirement on social media. Throughout his career, Loktionov was known for his speed and creativity on the ice, making him a valuable asset to any team.
