Anthony Duclair is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who currently plays as a winger for the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was born on August 26, 1995, in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada. During his youth, Duclair played hockey at the Lac St-Louis Lions and then transferred to QMJHL in 2011, where he played for the Quebec Remparts for three seasons. Duclair began his NHL career in 2014, and he earned a reputation as a speedy skater and an effective scorer. During his rookie year with the Rangers, he scored 7 goals and 6 assists in 18 games, which included a hat-trick against the Anaheim Ducks. He continued to play for the Rangers in the following season but was traded to the Arizona Coyotes in the middle of the 2015-2016 season. While playing for the Coyotes, Duclair's performance improved significantly, and he became one of the team's top scorers.
