Damon Severson Autographs
Damon Severson is a professional ice hockey defenseman for the New Jersey Devils. Born on August 7, 1994, in Brandon, Manitoba, Severson’s passion for hockey began at an early age. He started playing organized ice hockey at the age of four and quickly honed his skills on the ice.
Severson was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in the second round, 60th overall during the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. He played his junior hockey with the Kelowna Rockets in the Western Hockey League. He spent three seasons with the Rockets, accumulating 45 goals and 129 assists in 191 games played. Severson made his NHL debut on October 9, 2014. He has become a staple for the Devils and has shown tremendous growth and potential since his rookie season. Severson’s unique combination of offensive prowess and defensive capabilities have made him a valuable asset to the Devils’ success on the ice.
Throughout his NHL career, Severson has continued to be a vital part of the Devils’ franchise. He has played in over 400 games, scoring 43 goals, and 127 assists. Severson's exceptional skating, puck-handling, and passing abilities have earned him multiple ice-time records and several multi-point games. Additionally, he has continuously improved his defensive game and has developed a solid reputation for his shutdown abilities. Severson has been recognized with the New Jersey Devils Players’ Player award twice in his career, further solidifying his impact both on and off the ice.
