Dickie Moore Autographs

Richard Winston "Dickie" Moore (January 6, 1931 - December 19, 2015) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who spent most of his career with the Montreal Canadiens. Moore made his NHL debut in the 1951-52 season and quickly established himself as a talented forward. He was known for his hard, accurate shot and exceptional stickhandling abilities.
Moore's career reached its peak in the late 1950s when he won the Art Ross Trophy as the NHL's leading scorer in both 1958 and 1959. In the 1958-59 season, he set a new NHL record with 96 points, breaking Gordie Howe's previous mark of 95. Moore was a key member of the Canadiens dynasty that won five consecutive Stanley Cups from 1956 to 1960, and he won a total of six championships with the team.
Despite battling numerous injuries throughout his career, Moore remained a formidable player. He retired in 1963 but made brief comebacks with the Toronto Maple Leafs and St. Louis Blues before retiring for good in 1968. Moore finished his NHL career with 608 points (261 goals, 347 assists) in 719 regular-season games. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1974 and was later named one of the 100 Greatest NHL Players in history.
