Jonathan Drouin is a Canadian professional ice hockey player, currently playing as a left winger for the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was born on March 28, 1995 in Sainte-Agathe-Des-Monts, Quebec, Canada, and started playing hockey at a young age. Drouin started his professional career playing in the Major Junior League with the Halifax Mooseheads, where he played from 2011-2014. During his time with the team, he helped lead them to a Memorial Cup victory in 2013 and was named the tournament's most valuable player. In 2014, he made his NHL debut with the Tampa Bay Lightning, where he played for three seasons.
