Josh Harding Autographs
Josh Harding is a former professional ice hockey goaltender who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Minnesota Wild from 2006 to 2015. He was born on June 18, 1984, in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. He began his career with the Western Hockey League's Regina Pats in 1999, followed by a stint with the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League in 2004. Harding became one of the Wild's top goaltenders, notable for his incredible athleticism and quick reflexes.
Harding's career was not without setbacks. In 2012, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a chronic autoimmune disease that affects the nervous system. Despite this diagnosis, he remained committed to his profession and eventually returned to the ice for the 2013-14 season. During this season, he led the NHL in save percentage, earning him a nomination for the Bill Masterson Trophy, which recognizes perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to the game of hockey.
Harding's NHL career came to an end in 2015 when he announced his retirement from professional hockey. He played 151 games in total, posting a 60-59-11 record with a 2.45 goals against average and .918 save percentage. Since retiring, he has become an advocate for multiple sclerosis awareness and has started the Harding's Hope foundation to help local nonprofits that support individuals affected by the disease. Harding's dedication to the sport and his unwavering resilience in the face of adversity serve as an inspiration to many.
