Krys Barch Autographs
Krys Barch is a former professional ice hockey player who was born on March 26, 1980, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He primarily played as a right-wing and was drafted in the fourth round of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft by the Washington Capitals. Barch began his hockey career in the Ontario Hockey League, playing for the Guelph Storm, and then moved on to play for the Peoria Rivermen of the ECHL and the Worcester IceCats of the American Hockey League. He made his NHL debut in 2003 with the Dallas Stars and played for them until 2009. Barch also played for the Florida Panthers, the New Jersey Devils, and the Chicago Blackhawks during his NHL career, which spanned over ten years.
Throughout his hockey career, Barch was well known for his physical play and fighting skills. He played as an enforcer, though he was also capable of scoring the occasional goal. Barch played in a total of 381 NHL games and recorded 32 points, including 12 goals and 20 assists. He was also known for his leadership skills and was often chosen to be an alternate captain for his team. Barch retired from professional hockey in 2014 and became an instructor for youth hockey players. He also works as a player development consultant for the NHL's New Jersey Devils.
