Lindy Ruff Autographs

Lindy RuffLindy Ruff is an accomplished ice hockey coach and former player from Canada. He was born on February 17, 1960, in Warburg Alberta. As a player, Ruff was a hard-working and tenacious forward who played for the Buffalo Sabres, New York Rangers, and Florida Panthers during his career. He retired in 1993, having played in over 1,000 NHL games and scored 289 goals.
After retiring, Ruff joined the Sabres' coaching staff as an assistant coach before becoming the team's head coach in 1997. He was with the Sabres for 15 seasons and led them to the Stanley Cup finals in 1999, where they ultimately lost to the Dallas Stars. Ruff is the winningest coach in Sabres history with 571 wins and has the second-most wins in NHL history for a coach with a single franchise. He has also coached the Dallas Stars and New Jersey Devils and is known for his ability to develop young players and create a strong team culture.
In addition to his NHL coaching career, Ruff has also represented Canada internationally. In 2013, he was an assistant coach for Team Canada at the IIHF World Championships and helped lead them to a gold medal. Ruff's impact on the game of hockey has been significant, both as a player and coach. His dedication, work ethic, and passion for the game have made him one of the most respected figures in the sport.
