Marcus Johansson was born on October 6th, 1990, in Landskrona, Sweden. He is a professional ice hockey player who plays in the NHL for the Minnesota Wild as a center. Johansson's interest and talent in hockey started to show at a young age, and he began his professional career in Sweden's second division playing for BIK Karlskoga. He was drafted by the Washington Capitals in the first round in 2009, and during his time with the team, he became a key player in the Capitals' lineup.
