Nick Bjugstad Autographs
Nick Bjugstad is a well-known American professional ice hockey center currently playing for the Minnesota Wild in the National Hockey League (NHL). Born on July 17, 1992, in Blaine, Minnesota, Nick showed interest in ice hockey at a young age. He started playing youth hockey for the Blaine Youth Hockey Association and then joined the Elk River Area Youth Hockey Association. Eventually, Nick attended the Blaine High School, where he played for the school's varsity team.
Nick Bjugstad's hockey career took a big leap when he joined the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers men's ice hockey team in 2010. He performed outstandingly well in his freshman year, scoring 24 points in 29 games. The following year, he managed to score a whopping 42 points in just 40 games, making him one of the most promising prospects in college hockey. Following his impressive college career, Nick was drafted by the Florida Panthers in the first round, 19th overall, in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
Nick Bjugstad made his NHL debut in the 2012-13 season with the Florida Panthers, where he played for six seasons before being traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins. He played for the Penguins for two seasons before being traded to the Minnesota Wild in 2020. Nick has been a consistent performer throughout his NHL career, amassing 151 points in 385 NHL games. He is well-known for his physicality and hockey sense, which makes him a valuable asset to any team he plays for.
