Randy Moller Autographs

Randy Moller was born on June 23, 1963, in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. He began his hockey career playing for the Medicine Hat Tigers in the Western Hockey League in 1980. He was then selected by the Quebec Nordiques in the third round of the 1981 NHL Entry Draft. During his debut season in the NHL, Moller played in 76 games and scored 13 goals and 29 assists. He became known as a reliable defenceman and was a valuable asset to the team.
Moller played ten seasons in the NHL, with stints at the Quebec Nordiques, the New York Rangers, the Buffalo Sabres, and the Florida Panthers until his retirement in 1995. During his time with the Panthers, he served as the team's captain and provided outstanding leadership in the locker room. In total, he played more than 700 games in his NHL career, recording over 200 points and earning a reputation as a solid and dependable defenceman.
After hanging up his skates, Moller turned his focus to broadcasting. He began his broadcasting career in 1999, working as a contributing analyst for NHL radio broadcasts on ESPN. He then became the radio color analyst for the Florida Panthers in 2004, and eventually became the television announcer for the team. He gained unexpected popularity and attention when he started calling goal announcements in a unique and unconventional style. Today, his calls are so popular that they have become iconic to the Florida Panthers fans and the sports community as a whole.
