Rocky Wirtz was born on July 21, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois, and is the current owner of the Chicago Blackhawks. Wirtz inherited the team from his late father, Bill Wirtz, in 2007, becoming the fourth generation of the Wirtz family to own the team.
