Tim Stützle Autographs
Tim Stützle is a German ice hockey player who has quickly risen through the ranks to become one of the most exciting prospects in the world of professional hockey. Born in Viersen, Germany in 2002, Stützle began playing hockey at a young age and quickly displayed a natural talent for the sport. He began his career playing for Jungadler Mannheim, a top German youth program, before moving to Adler Mannheim in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL).
In 2020, Stützle made history by becoming the highest-drafted German player in NHL history when he was selected by the Ottawa Senators with the third overall pick in the first round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. He was also the highest European-drafted player in the draft. Stützle made an immediate impact in his rookie season with the Senators, scoring his first NHL goal on February 18, 2021. He finished the season with 12 points in 27 games.
Stützle has also represented Germany in international play, including at the IIHF World Junior Championships in 2020 and 2021. In the 2021 tournament, Stützle was named the tournament's best forward and was also named to the All-Star team. With his impressive speed, skill, and versatility, Stützle is widely regarded as one of the top young talents in hockey today, and many predict that he will have a long and successful career in the NHL.
