Zach Hamill Autographs

Zach Hamill is a former Canadian professional ice hockey player born on September 23, 1988, in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is known for his career in the National Hockey League (NHL) where he played as a center for various teams. Hamill started his junior career with the Everett Silvertips of the Western Hockey League (WHL) in 2004 where he played for four seasons. He was later drafted eighth overall by the Boston Bruins in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
Hamill's NHL debut was on November 26, 2009, at the age of 21 where he suited up for the Bruins against the Atlanta Thrashers. In his first season, he played in just four games for the Bruins and registered no points. Hamill struggled to establish himself in the Bruins lineup and was then traded to the Washington Capitals during the 2011-2012 season. The Capitals with an intent to assign him to the American Hockey League (AHL) team unfortunately waived him prior sending him to AHL.
In 2013, Hamill signed a one-year contract with the Swedish Hockey League team, Växjö Lakers HC. His time in Sweden was successful, as he helped Växjö to win the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) Championship in his very first season, scoring 16 goals and 44 points in 55 regular season games. Hamill went on to play in other leagues and teams until his retirement in 2020. Overall, his professional hockey career spanned over a decade and he is highly regarded as a skilful player even though his on-ice success was short-lived.
