Eric Singer is an American musician best known for his work as the drummer of the rock band KISS. Born in Cleveland, Ohio in May 1958, Singer started playing the drums at the age of 11, and by 17, he was already playing in local bands. He moved to Los Angeles in the early 80s to pursue a career in music and quickly found success, joining the bands Black Sabbath, Badlands, and Alice Cooper. He became a full-time member of KISS in 1991, replacing the band's original drummer Peter Criss.
