Eric Wilson is an American musician, bass guitarist, and co-founder of the alternative band, Sublime. He was born in Long Beach, California, in 1970, and began playing bass guitar at a young age. Wilson formed Sublime with Bradley Nowell and Bud Gaugh, and they released their debut album, "40oz. to Freedom" in 1992, which became an instant hit. The band's unique blend of punk rock, ska, reggae, and hip-hop, with Wilson's bass grooves, played a significant role in the popularity of Sublime's music.
Eric Wilson's music career started to take shape when he was in high school, where he met Bradley Nowell and formed a friendship that would later lead to the creation of Sublime.
