Stephen Bishop is a musician and singer who was born in San Diego, California, in 1951. He started playing the piano when he was just a child, and later picked up the guitar, both of which would become staples in his music career. After graduating from high school, Bishop moved to Los Angeles to pursue music professionally. In 1976, he released his debut album, "Careless," which featured the hit song "On and On."
