Fabio Cannavaro Autographs

Fabio Cannavaro is a retired Italian professional footballer who was born on September 13, 1973, in Naples, Italy. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest defenders to have ever played the sport. Cannavaro started his soccer career with Napoli, where he played from 1992 to 1995 before joining Parma. With Parma, he won back-to-back UEFA Cups and was named the Serie A Defender of the Year before joining Inter Milan.
It was during his time at Inter Milan that Fabio Cannavaro really made his mark on the sport. He helped Inter Milan win the Italian Serie A title in 2006, which was followed by his iconic performance at the World Cup. Cannavaro captained the Italian national team in the 2006 World Cup where he helped Italy win the tournament. He was also named the tournament's best player, becoming the first defender to win the Golden Ball award in the history of the World Cup. Cannavaro played a vital role in the success of the Italian national team and was regarded as one of the greatest defenders of all time.
After the World Cup victory, Cannavaro joined Spanish giants, Real Madrid, where he played for three seasons. He was a key member of the team that won the Spanish La Liga title in 2007 and helped Real Madrid reach the Champions League semi-finals in 2008. Cannavaro finished his playing career back in Italy with Juventus before retiring in 2011. Today, he is regarded as one of the greatest players of his generation and his contribution to the sport is celebrated across the world.
