Kerry Dixon Autographs

Kerry Dixon was born on July 24, 1961, in Luton, England. He is an English former professional footballer who played as a centre-forward for a number of English clubs throughout his career. Dixon began his football career at non-league Dunstable Town before being signed by Reading in 1979, where he quickly established himself as a prolific scorer, scoring 51 goals in two seasons. In 1983, Dixon was signed by Chelsea, where he enjoyed the most successful period of his career, scoring 193 goals in 421 appearances for the club.
Dixon's time at Chelsea was marked by several individual and team accomplishments. He was the club's top scorer for six consecutive seasons and played a vital role in helping the club win the Second Division title in 1984 and the Full Members Cup in 1986. In the 1984-85 season, Dixon scored 36 goals in all competitions, a club record that still stands today. Dixon also won four caps for the England national team, scoring two goals. Despite his international career being cut short by injuries and controversies, he remains one of the most talented and revered footballers of his generation.
After retiring from professional football, Dixon worked as a football pundit for various media outlets, including Sky Sports and Chelsea TV. He was inducted into the Chelsea FC Hall of Fame in 2004, and in 2010, he was named as one of the club's 10 greatest players in a poll conducted by the Chelsea Supporters Trust. Today, Kerry Dixon's legacy as one of the greatest goal scorers in the history of English football continues to inspire and influence a new generation of footballers.
