Kevin Hartman Autographs
Kevin Hartman is a former American professional soccer player, born on May 25, 1974, in San Diego, California. Kevin started his soccer career at a young age, playing for his high school team, Westview High School, and was later recruited to play college soccer for Cal State Dominguez Hills. After his collegiate career, Hartman was drafted by the Los Angeles Galaxy as the 29th pick in the 1997 MLS draft. He played for the Galaxy for 10 years, setting an MLS record for the most games played as a goalkeeper with 416 appearances.
During his professional soccer career, Kevin Hartman was considered to be one of the best goalkeepers in the MLS. He spent time playing for several teams such as LA Galaxy, Kansas City Wizards, and FC Dallas. Hartman was a four-time MLS All-Star, two-time MLS Cup champion, and three-time MLS goalkeeper of the year. He was also the only goalkeeper to save a penalty kick in the MLS Cup final, which he accomplished in 2010. In addition to his success in the MLS, Hartman also played for the U.S. Men’s National Team, earning his first cap in 1999.
After retiring from professional soccer, Hartman coached at various levels, including youth soccer programs and Division I college soccer. He is known for being a mentor to young goalkeepers and sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience with them. Today, Kevin Hartman is considered as an MLS legend and remains an active participant in the soccer community.
