Pettitte started his career in 1995 when he joined the New York Yankees. Over the years, Pettitte contributed significantly to the Yankees' success, as he helped the team win five World Series championships. He received four All-Star Game nominations and won the American League Championship series MVP in 2001. In 2003, he left the Yankees and joined the Houston Astros, where he continued to deliver impressive performances. Pettitte's baseball career ended in 2013 when he retired from the sport.
