Kent Hrbek Autographs
Kent Hrbek was born on May 21, 1960, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a young boy, Hrbek loved playing baseball and was a standout player on his high school team. He was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 17th round of the 1978 MLB draft and quickly rose through the ranks of the minor leagues.
Hrbek made his major league debut in 1981, and quickly established himself as a power hitter and a strong defensive player. He played his entire 14-year career with the Minnesota Twins, making two All-Star teams, winning two World Series championships, and becoming a fan favorite in his hometown of Minneapolis.
Hrbek retired from baseball in 1994, finishing his career with a .282 batting average, 293 home runs, and 1,086 RBIs. He was known for his toughness, his leadership, and his clutch performances in big moments. Today, Hrbek remains a beloved figure in the Minnesota baseball community and is remembered as one of the greatest players in Twins history.
