Mark Trumbo is a former American professional baseball player known for his hard-hitting capabilities. Born on January 16, 1986, in Anaheim, California, Trumbo attended Villa Park High School and later joined the baseball team at Orange Coast College. Trumbo made his Major League Baseball debut on September 11, 2010, playing for the Angels. Known for his power-hitting, he finished the 2011 season leading the Angels with 29 home runs and 87 RBIs, earning him a spot in the 2012 All-Star Game. In December 2012, Trumbo was traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks, where he continued his impressive performance on the field. In 2013, he hit a career-high 34 home runs with 100 RBIs, earning him the National League Silver Slugger Award.

Trumbo also played for various other teams, including the Seattle Mariners, Baltimore Orioles, and the Arizona Diamondbacks. However, injuries affected his career, and he retired from baseball in February 2020. Trumbo’s career stats include 218 home runs, a batting average of .249 and 626 RBIs over nine seasons.
