Randy Bush was an American professional baseball player and executive known for his successful tenure with the Minnesota Twins organization. He was born on October 5, 1958, in Dover, Delaware. Bush played in the Major Leagues for twelve seasons, spending nine of them as a corner outfielder and designated hitter for the Twins from 1982 to 1993. During his career, Bush was a versatile hitter, batting primarily against right-handed pitchers but also demonstrating success against lefties. He is best remembered for his performance in the 1987 World Series, when he helped lead the Twins to their first championship. Bush hit .500 in the Series, including a two-run double in Game 6, earning him the series MVP award.
