Travis d'Arnaud Autographs
Travis d'Arnaud was born on February 10, 1989, in Long Beach, California, and grew up in a baseball-loving family. His father was a former coach and his older brother, Chase d'Arnaud, is also a professional baseball player. Travis was picked 37th overall by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2007 MLB draft, and he spent the first five years of his career in their minor league system, where he quickly established himself as a top catching prospect.
In 2012, Travis was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays, where he made his major league debut as a catcher. He spent parts of three seasons with the Blue Jays before being traded to the New York Mets in 2013. With the Mets, Travis quickly became a fan favorite and a key player, showing off his strong arm and excellent hitting skills. He was named the National League Rookie of the Month for June 2014 and was also named the team's Player of the Month for August 2015.
After six seasons with the Mets, Travis was traded to the Tampa Bay Rays in 2019, where he continued to excel as a catcher. He helped lead the Rays to a postseason berth in 2020 and was instrumental in the team's playoff run. Despite facing some injuries along the way, Travis has remained one of the most talented catchers in the game and continues to be a valuable asset to his team. His career statistics include a .245 batting average, 62 home runs, and 230 runs batted in.
