Keith Rivers is a former American professional football player who played in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on May 5, 1986, in Riverside, California, and attended the University of Southern California (USC). In 2008, he was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the first round of the NFL draft and played for them until 2011. He also played for the New York Giants for two seasons before retiring in 2015.
During his college career, Keith Rivers was an outstanding linebacker at USC. He played a crucial role in helping the team win the National Championship in 2004. He was also named the Most Valuable Player in the 2008 Rose Bowl when USC defeated University of Illinois. His strong performances earned him a reputation as one of the best linebackers in college football.
In the NFL, Keith Rivers continued to impress with his athletic ability and intelligence. Despite suffering several injuries that limited his playing time, he had a successful career that spanned seven seasons, during which he recorded 291 tackles, two sacks, and one interception. After retiring from the NFL, Keith Rivers has remained involved in football as a volunteer coach and mentor to young players.
