James Neal Autographs
James Neal is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward, who was born on September 3, 1987, in Whitby, Ontario. Neal began his hockey career with the Plymouth Whalers in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) in the 2004-05 season. The following year, he was drafted by the Dallas Stars in the second round, 33rd overall, in the NHL Entry Draft. During his stint with the Dallas Stars from 2008 to 2011, Neal scored 72 goals and tallied 131 points in 214 games.
After being traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2011, Neal emerged as one of the most lethal snipers in the NHL. He spent three seasons with the Penguins and helped them win the Stanley Cup in 2009. Neal scored 89 goals and 184 points in 199 games during his time with the Penguins. In 2014, Neal was traded to the Nashville Predators, where he continued to produce at a high level. He scored 58 goals and 101 points in 136 games, leading the Predators to the playoffs in both his seasons with the team.
In 2018, Neal signed as a free agent with the Calgary Flames, where his performance dropped off, and he was traded to the Edmonton Oilers in 2019. James Neal has established himself as one of the most dynamic scorers in the NHL, with over 500 career points and 300 career goals. He is a four-time 20 goal scorer and has reached the 30 goal mark twice in his career. Neal's contributions to the teams he played for have been enormous, and he remains a beloved figure among the fans of those teams.
