Luke Scott is a former American Major League Baseball outfielder who played nine seasons for various teams including the Houston Astros, Baltimore Orioles, Tampa Bay Rays, and the Kansas City Royals. Scott's baseball career began in college, where he played for Oklahoma State University. He was then drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 2001, but he did not sign with them and played in the independent minor league for two years.
