Phil Coke Autographs

Phil CokePhil Coke is a retired American professional baseball pitcher who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for 12 seasons. He was born on July 19, 1982, in Sonora, California, and attended San Joaquin Delta College. Coke began his professional career as a member of the New York Yankees after they drafted him in the 26th round of the 2002 MLB draft. After a few years in the Yankees' minor league system, he made his MLB debut in 2008.
Coke spent the majority of his MLB career as a relief pitcher, appearing in 432 games and recording an overall ERA of 4.19. He played for several teams throughout his career, including the New York Yankees, Detroit Tigers, Chicago Cubs, Toronto Blue Jays, and Pittsburgh Pirates. Perhaps his most notable accomplishment was during the 2009 MLB playoffs when he helped the Yankees win their 27th World Series title. Coke was a key contributor to the bullpen, appearing in six games and giving up just one run in seven innings pitched.
After retiring from baseball in 2018, Coke returned to his home state of California and continued to give back to his community by coaching youth baseball teams. Despite not being a star player, Coke's work ethic and dedication to the game helped him have a successful career in the major leagues.
