Shaun Hill is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for over a decade. Born on January 9, 1980, in Parsons, Kansas, Hill attended Parsons High School where he was a standout athlete in both football and basketball. He went on to attend Maryland University and played for their football team as a quarterback. In his senior year, he led the team to an Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) championship and joined the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2002. More about Shaun Hill

Hill made his NFL debut in 2005, playing for the Minnesota Vikings. He was later traded to the San Francisco 49ers and played for them from 2006 to 2009. During his tenure with the 49ers, Hill became known for his grit and determination, leading the team to several victories. In 2009, he recorded a career-best season, throwing for 13 touchdowns and leading the 49ers to a 5-2 record as the team's starting quarterback.

Over the course of his career, Shaun Hill played for several other teams, including the Detroit Lions, St. Louis Rams, and Minnesota Vikings. He retired from the NFL in 2017, having played in 49 games and throwing for over 8,000 yards and 49 touchdowns.
