Andruw Jones Autographs
Andruw Jones is a retired baseball player originally from Willemstad, Curacao. He began his baseball career in the minors at the age of 16, and quickly made his way up to the majors with the Atlanta Braves in 1996. Throughout his career, Jones was known for his incredible defensive skills, winning 10 Gold Gloves and setting multiple records for outfielders. He was also a five-time All-Star, and finished his career with a .254 batting average, 434 home runs, and 1,289 RBIs.
Jones is best known for his time with the Atlanta Braves, where he played from 1996 to 2007. During his time with the team, he helped the Braves win the National League East Division title for 11 consecutive seasons, from 1995 to 2005. In 1999, Jones had a breakout season, hitting .275 with 26 home runs and securing his first All-Star selection. He continued to be an important player for the Braves throughout the early 2000s, leading them to the National League pennant in 2002 with his clutch hitting and incredible defense in center field.
Jones played for several other teams later in his career, including the Los Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers, Chicago White Sox, and New York Yankees. He retired from baseball in 2014 after a short stint with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles in Japan. Despite retiring from the sport, Jones's legacy lives on, as he was inducted into the Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame in 2016 and is considered one of the greatest defensive outfielders in baseball history.
