Homer Bailey Autographs

Homer BaileyHomer Bailey is a former American professional baseball player who played as a starting pitcher in Major League Baseball(MBL) for nearly two decades. He was born on May 3, 1986, in La Grange, Texas, and had a passion for baseball from a very young age. Bailey grew up playing baseball and excelled as a high school player at La Grange High School, where he had a record of 41-6 with 536 strikeouts.
After high school, Bailey was drafted in 2004 by the Cincinnati Reds in the first round of the draft. He made his Major League debut in 2007 with the Reds and spent most of his career with the team, where he was the staff ace from 2012 to 2013. Bailey threw his first career no-hitter in 2012 against the Pittsburgh Pirates, becoming the first Reds pitcher in 24 years to achieve the feat. He also finished his career with a no-hitter in 2013 against the San Francisco Giants. In 2018, Bailey was traded to the Kansas City Royals, where he spent the rest of his MLB career before retiring in 2020.
Throughout his career, Bailey had many achievements, including being named an All-Star in 2014 and earning the National League Player of the Week award twice in 2012. His career record includes 80 wins, 86 losses, and an ERA of 4.57. Though he faced some injury and inconsistency issues later in his career, Homer Bailey will be remembered for his contributions to the Cincinnati Reds and the Major League Baseball as a whole.
