Max Scherzer Autographs
Max Scherzer is a professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Washington Nationals. He was born on July 27, 1984, in Chesterfield, Missouri. Scherzer attended the University of Missouri where he played college baseball for the Missouri Tigers. In 2006, he was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks as the 11th overall pick in the MLB draft.
Scherzer made his MLB debut with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2008. He played with the team for four seasons, and during that time, he became one of the most successful pitchers in the league. In 2012, Scherzer was traded to the Detroit Tigers, where he continued his impressive career. He played with the Tigers for five seasons and helped lead the team to two World Series appearances.
In 2015, Scherzer signed a seven-year, $210 million contract with the Washington Nationals. Since joining the team, he has continued to excel, winning multiple awards including the National League Cy Young award in 2016 and 2017. Scherzer is known for his powerful pitching style and his ability to strike out batters. He has also been voted to the All-Star team eight times and has won multiple Gold Glove awards for his exceptional fielding. Scherzer is considered to be one of the best pitchers in the league today, and his impressive baseball career shows no signs of slowing down.
