Asdrubal Cabrera Autographs
Asdrubal Cabrera is a professional Venezuelan baseball player. Born in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela in 1985, Cabrera started playing baseball in his early years. He was scouted by the Seattle Mariners in 2004, and he started his professional career with their minor league teams. Cabrera made his Major League Baseball debut in 2007 with the Cleveland Indians, where he immediately showed his talent by helping the team make it to the American League Championship Series his rookie year.
Cabrera played for the Indians for seven seasons before being traded to the Washington Nationals in 2014. There, Cabrera became one of their most versatile players, switching between second base, shortstop, and third base. His performance during the 2019 season, which included a batting average of .323 and 18 home runs, earned him an invitation to the All-Star Game, which he declined due to a family commitment. Cabrera was instrumental in helping the Nationals win the World Series in 2019.
Cabrera has also played for the Tampa Bay Rays, Philadelphia Phillies, New York Mets, Texas Rangers, and Arizona Diamondbacks. Throughout his career, Cabrera has been known for his versatility, being able to play multiple positions and being a reliable hitter. As of 2021, Cabrera continues to play professional baseball and is considered one of the most accomplished Venezuelan players in Major League Baseball history.
